1Day 1

You provide the basics

After your purchase, you'll receive a short intake. We need your studio name, contact details, domain (or we can register one), and the session types you offer. Allow about 15 minutes.

2Days 2–5

We build and configure your system

We install the full studio system, connect your domain and client portal, set up pipelines, calendars, and the email campaigns for each session type, and register your business for texting.

33–10 business days

Carrier texting review

Business texting registration (A2P 10DLC) is reviewed by US carriers. This step is outside anyone's control and can take several business days to complete. Everything else is usable while it's reviewed.

4After approval

Walkthrough and handoff

We walk you through the system — inquiry pipeline, project tracking, calendar, and campaigns — and show your admin how to manage scheduling and tasks. You're running.

Start your studio system

$697 setup plus your first month — $994 due today. Then $297/month, billed monthly.

Billing terms

Your card is charged $994 today — the one-time setup plus your first month. After that, your card is charged $297 on the same date each month.

You can cancel anytime by email or phone. There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancellation stops future monthly charges at the end of your current paid month.

If you cancel, your data stays in your account for a limited period so you can export it. After that grace period, your account and its data are removed. You can request an export at any time before cancellation.

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun.
